As an alumnus of Roosevelt University's Music Conservatory, and former principal cellist of the Civic Orchestra of Chicago, I will teach you the same skills I have learned throughout nearly 20 years of studying.
The cello is, without a doubt, one of the more beautiful musical instruments. Its deep, soothing sound mimics the human voice. The playing position it requires is among the most natural of any instrument. You do not have to be a contortionist to play it well.
